Entrepreneur and manager with 26 years' experience in the industrial, investment fund and real estate sectors. CEO and founding partner of the Fictor Group, he leads a holding company with operations in commodities, the food industry, financial services, infrastructure and energy. He began his career in the financial market at the age of 16 in a family credit management company. During his undergraduate studies in Business Administration, he did an internship and became Supply Chain Manager at a metal packaging company, where he worked for 10 years. At 29, he founded his first business in the offshore oil sector and led the restructuring of Schincariol/Brasil Kirin's supply chain. In 2013, he invested in the beverage industry, acquiring expertise in investment funds and capital management. These experiences were essential to the success of Fictor, founded in 2007. Today, he continues to innovate and turn challenges into opportunities.

Economist with a specialization in planning and finance. She took part in Banesprev's Investment Committee and was elected for three terms (in 2007/2009, 2011/2013 and 2014/2016, as an alternate) and was also a member of the Fiscal Council and the Deliberative Council. At Banespa, she worked in the Planning Department from 1989 to 2000 and arrived at Banesprev shortly after the bank's privatization, invited to work in the investment area. She has extensive experience in pension funds and has studied pension fund management and economics for a long time. She currently serves as an Independent Director of Fictor Alimentos S.A. Ms. Marcia Campos declares that she meets all the requirements for her classification as an independent director, under the terms of article 6 of Annex K of CVM Resolution 80/2022.

Maurício is a professional with a solid academic background and extensive experience in international markets. He holds a doctorate and a master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cambridge, as well as degrees in Law (UFMG), Economics (PUC Minas) and Business Administration (Sociedade Brasileira de Ensino). He works as vice-president at Primeo Bank, leading strategic initiatives in digital investment, market expansion and fundraising. Since 2005, he has worked as a specialist in international markets at Limex Importação, Exportação e Participações, focusing on projects and commercial relations with Asian markets, especially China. His experience includes coordinating Chinese industrial sites in Brazil, international brand management and foreign fundraising. He also has experience in the public sector, having been a manager in the Government Secretariat of Belo Horizonte City Hall (1994-2004) and director of YES - Youth Employment Summit, linked to the UN.

Partner, CIO and board member of the Fictor Group, he leads the Corporate Relations position with a focus on the Group's international and national relations with key stakeholders. He also serves as an advisor to BRICS+ and Fictor Alimentos, a company listed on B3 in 2024. With more than 15 years' experience in management, investments and leadership in Brazil and abroad, he has a degree in Psychology from Mackenzie University and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, with training in corporate governance from the IBGC. He also leads initiatives in companies such as Fictor Agro, Vensa Alimentos, FictorPay and Fictor Energia, dedicated to innovation and governance.

Statutory Board

The Statutory Executive Board of Fictor Alimentos S. A. is responsible for implementing the strategies and decisions approved by the Board of Directors, conducting the day-to-day management of the company. The Executive Board is made up of professionals appointed for specific functions, with the power to legally represent the company as defined in the bylaws. Its main purpose is to ensure the efficient execution of the company's operations, in line with strategic objectives and legal and regulatory requirements.

André Luiz Carneiro de Vasconcellos has a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the School of Economics and Finance (IBMEC/RJ), where he received three Academic Excellence Awards and the "Magna Cum Laude" Academic Laureate. He specializes in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV/Rio) and is currently studying for a master's degree in Business Administration at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/Rio). His experience includes working for the Brazilian Navy, the UN, VALE (B3: VALE3 | NYSE: VALE) and ELETROBRAS (B3: ELET3; ELET5; ELET6 | NYSE: EBR-B), as well as relevant roles at Rio de Janeiro City Hall, as Special Advisor at Companhia Carioca de Parcerias e Investimentos (CCPAR) and Financial and Investor Relations Director at Companhia Carioca de Securitização (RIO SECURITIZAÇÃO). At São Paulo City Hall, he is a coordinating member of the Statutory Audit Committee of Companhia de Engenharia de Tráfego (CET/SP) and a member of the Statutory Audit Committee of Empresa de Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação do Município de São Paulo (PRODAM/SP). He is currently the Statutory Director of Strategy, Planning and Investor Relations at Fictor Alimentos S/A (B3: FICT3), a publicly traded company in the animal protein sector, based in São Paulo/SP, which celebrated its bell ringing on November 5, 2024. He is also a member of the "Financial and Capital Markets" committee of the Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives of São Paulo (IBEF/SP) and the "Governance in State-Owned Companies" committee of Rede Governança Brasil (RGB). At the Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (IBRI), he was the 1st Technical Director, restructured committees and founded the "IR of State-Owned Companies" group, and is currently Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a court expert accredited to the Association of Court Experts of the State of Rio de Janeiro (APJERJ), career mentor, management consultant and accounting-society expert. He has published scientific articles in Brazil and abroad, including "Proposal for a Management Excellence Model" at the 8th World Business Congress. He has been working in agribusiness since 2008 and began his career in the technical area, accumulating experience in entrepreneurship in the sector. He has proudly been a farmer for over 20 years. At the same time, he has built up a solid career as a lawyer and legal and management consultant for over a decade. An entrepreneur, he is the managing partner of a legal and patent consultancy firm. In his career, he has carried out more than 30 M&A and turnaround operations, totaling more than a billion reais in business to date. He currently holds the position of CEO of Atalaia Alimentos and is also Operations Director at Fictor Alimentos.

Professional with over 20 years' experience as Head of Finance and Controller in multinational companies in the industrial, construction, mining and food sectors, including ESAB, Cimento Liz, U&M Mineração, PifPaf and Atalaia Alimentos. Expertise in complex projects, external audits (KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, among others), SAP implementation and financial strategy. Led tax and risk analysis committees, achieving significant results in tax planning, including the recovery of significant tax credits. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams of up to 40 people, strategic and financial planning (budget, forecast, performance reports) and cost and SG&A analysis. Solid experience in accounting standards (IFRS), audits and strategic meetings with senior management and boards.
